Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality S.A. is a company based in San Jose, Costa Rica, dedicated to the management and development of hotels, lodges and other tourism related projects in Latin America and the Caribbean that have an ecological, conservationist or sustainable aspect to it. Currently, Cayuga manages 3 hotels in different regions of Costa Rica representing sales of close to 6 Mio US$ and offering direct employment to more than 250 Costa Ricans. Cayuga's staff has been evolved in Ecolodge and boutique hotel management in Costa Rica since 1999.
The owners of the company are Andrea Bonilla and Hans Pfister, both graduates of the Cornell Hotel School in Ithaca New York and dedicated conservation tourism professionals. Cayuga offers a solution to developers and owners of tourism operations that are looking for qualified hospitality management that will allow them to step back from day to day operations.
